Ingredients:
Watermelon - 700 ml
Almonds - 40 g
Dates - 40 g
Pistachio - 40 g
Cashews - 40 g
Coriander - 5
Lemon Squeezed Juice - 3 tablespoons
Black Salt - 1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar – Add as needed
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients well in a grinder. Then transfer to a bowl
and add ten or fifteen ice cubes. Then pour into a glass and drink chilled.
2. Rose Thandie
Ingredients:
Almonds - 10 nos.
Sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons
Cucumber - 2 tablespoons
Milk cream - 250 ml
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Rosewater - 2 drops
Couscous - 2 tablespoons
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Green cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered ice cubes - 1/4 cup
50 g rose petals - 2 tablespoons
Ru-Hafsa Syrup - 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
Put sesame seeds, almonds, couscous, cucumber seeds, and rose petals in a cup of water and soak overnight. The next day, take the cucumber out of it and grind it in a mixer. Then mix the other ingredients for soaking and grind well. Add milk, pepper, sugar, and cardamom powder and beat well. Add rose water drops, Ru-Hafsa Syrup, and powdered ice to the mixture. 3. Cardamom Honey Milk
Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups
Cardamom - 8 pieces (Peeled and powdered)
Honey - 3 teaspoons
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Add powdered cardamom milk and heat. Remove from the oven when well heated. Add honey and let it cool for five minutes then add vanilla extract and drink.

Watermelon (squared) – 1 cup
Rock salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Honey – 1/2teaspoon

Ice cubes - 7
Mint petals – 3
Preparation:
Mix sliced watermelon, lemon Squeezed juice, and ice cubes once in a mixer. Transfer it to a glass, then add rock salt and honey and mix well. Garnish with mint leaves and drink.
5. Capital Cracker
Ingredients:
Apple juice – 1 cup
Apple slice - 5 pcs.
Lemon Squeezed Juice – 5 tablespoons
Ice cubes / Cool water – Add as needed
Preparation:
Mix apple juice and lemon Squeezed juice and transfer to a glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple ring and serve.
6. Pineapple Punch
Ingredients:
Pineapple slices - One cup
Banana - One
Coconut milk - Half a cup
Orange juice - Half a cup
Water - Three-quarters cup
Ice cube – Add as needed
Preparation:
In a blending jar, add all the ingredients except water and beat until thick. After this, the cooled water can be added as required to reduce the thickness. Then add an ice cube and serve.
7. Green Mango Juice
Ingredients:
Green Mango - 1
Lemon Squeezed Juice – 1 lemon
Ginger - One Slice
Green Chili - Depending on the Flavor
Mint Leaf - 3 leaf
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Coldwater – Add as needed
Preparation:
Wash and clean the green mango, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and enough water and beat well in a mixer. It can be filtered through a sieve and poured into a glass and drink.
8. Mint Lime Juice
Mint Lime is an excellent summer drink to cool the body in hot weather with the benefits of camphor mint or mint and the mild sweetness of honey. This summer drink has a different taste and refreshment from the normal lime juice. It is also a healthy drink as it contains Vitamin C and Antioxidants.
Ingredients:
Well-ripened lemon - 4 lemon
Unripe lemon – 3 lemon
Camphor mint or Mint - A quarter cup

Honey - Three tablespoons

Squeeze the lemon well and strain the juice. It will have about a cup. Add a quarter cup of sugar and camphor-mint leaves and crush well. Pour this into a glass jar and add the filtered lemon juice. Ingredients:
Mint - One handful
Ginger Squeezed juice - 1 tablespoon
Lemon Squeezed Juice - 2 tbsp
Honey – 3 tablespoons (can be added according to sweetness)
Water - 1 large glass
Preparation:
First, crush the ginger and squeeze the juice. In a mixing jar, add mint, ginger Squeezed juice, lemon Squeezed juice, and a quarter glass of water and beat well. Add remaining water, beat well, strain through a sieve, then pour into a glass, add honey, mix well, refrigerate and drink after cooling.
12. Cashew Lemon juice
Ingredients:
Ripe cashews - 1 cashew
Honey - 3 tablespoons
Mint leaf - 10 leaves
lemon - One
Ginger - 1 slice (small)
Tender coconut water - 1 glass
Preparation:
Put mint, lemon, ginger, cashew, and honey in a cup and squeeze the juice. Then add ice to it, close the jar and shake well and mix. Transfer it to a serving glass. Pour fresh Tender coconut water into it. Those who want can drink it with any soda.
13. Sweet Lassi
Ingredients:
Unleavened curd - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Cold milk / Water – 1 quarter cup
Fresh cream - 1 teaspoon
Rosewater / Rose essence - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder: Half a teaspoon
Almonds - Cut lengthwise (One tablespoon)
Ice cube - Add as needed
Preparation:
Combine yogurt, sugar, cold milk, and rose essence in a mixer or blender. Do not blend too hard. Be careful not to separate the butter. Watermelon - 1 medium cup
Dates - 10 (sweetened)

19. Blue Hawaiian Mocktail
Ingredients:
Blue Carosa Syrup - 2 teaspoons
Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons (Added according to sweetness)
Ice cube – Add as needed
Preparation:
Beat all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into a glass. If you want to use fresh pineapple, you can strain the juice and add it.
20. Coriander Honey Healthy Drink
Ingredients:
Coriander - Just a handful
Honey - 5 teaspoons
Cardamom - Only five in the stream
Preparation:
Boil five glasses of water. Slightly crush the coriander in it. Boil water well and add to cardamom. Cool the drink well and strain it through a sieve. You can add a teaspoon of honey to a glass of filtered water. Coriander is a drink with a very different taste. Coriander is rich in minerals and vitamins. Tender coconut water (only pulp) – 1 or 2 cups
Tender coconut - 2 nos.
