Monitor Your Behavior and Change Ourselves
Man as a social
being cannot live without following the rules of society. For better personal
relationships, family relationships, and social relationships to be strong,
there must be behaviors based on social values. Good behavior and bad behavior are relative. This can
change based on person, community, time, and place. However, in every society, there are certain values that must be
followed based on right and wrong. The faults in our character are
distinguished accordingly.
A person's
environment plays a positive role in shaping his character. But he can change
him. The program on a
computer is made by man. But who prepares human behaviors, thoughts, and
emotions? No one else, that is his life and experiences. We consciously or
unconsciously prepare our programming. But the computer itself cannot change
its programming. Because it is a machine. But man can do it. But most people
are living without knowing what program is inside him. By their own behavior and disposition,
they are live very lonely, and unhappy. They do not know that they have the
ability to change the program (life) within them.
It is your attitude that influences the functioning of your brain. Respect your brain. Your
brain is changing every day. That change is happening right now. The main
function of the brain is to renew itself. It will be difficult when you accept a new change. Folds
very quickly. Then you give up before the new change becomes a habit. Life goes
on as before. If you want to feel the reflection of a new change, you have to
give your brain a chance to make that change a habit. It should be repeated
continuously for at least 21 days. Only then will the brain receive it as a new
message. As you do so, you become more and more immersed in the new change.
The average person uses only 6 to 10 percent of their brain. And for many, it is a way of
letting others down and downplaying their own abilities. Our brain is a
collection of abilities that have not yet been used. Take out those skills one
by one. Miracles happen in your life. Brains have grown along with the growth of the body. It is
a process that lasts until the end of life. It is said that we can maximize our
ability and minimize damage by rearranging the brain. There are parts of our brain that have
anxiety, anger, stress, and tension. We can be rewiring it. Doing so will give us
peace of mind. This unraveling will help us to increase our ability to face
challenges and concentrate, to reach the set goal, and to be happy.
You need to monitor your behavior. Start by giving your subconscious a suggestion for change from today on what you feel needs to change. Get start and keep it up every day. It is better to start with one and slowly move on to the other. Remember that small steps lead to a bigger goal. Monitor your behavior and make positive changes in your life for life success.
Analyze the Perspective
Let us illustrate
this with a short story; A lot of people were working on a spacious site.
A traveler who came that way went
there to find out what was being built there. He approached one of the workers
and asked, "What are you doing here?". "I work," the worker
said and continued his work. Unsatisfied with the answer, the traveler
approached another employee and asked the same question. The employee continued
his work, and saying strictly, "You saw me breaking the stone". Disappointed,
the traveler approached another worker and asked the same question, but with a
smile, that worker said, "I am building a house."
The three workers
in this story were equally building in bricks. Attitude is the mental state in
which a person approaches his surroundings. Three people here saw the same
thing differently. This is the difference in attitude. The life of those who
see the world positively will be happier than the life of those who see the
world negatively. Attitude is a mental filter. We experience the world through
that filter. Views on it depend on the nature of our filter. Some see the world
through the filter of optimism. Others see the world in the filter of
pessimistic faith. The first group
is saying a half-filled glass. The second group is saying half-empty glass. That
is, those in the first category are all positive, but those in the second
category are trying to see a negative in everything.
- Those with a positive attitude say I can, while those
with a negative attitude say I can't.
- When they are in trouble, but the positive ones will
focus on problem-solving.
- When bad people (negative) try to find fault with others,
good people (positive) try to find good in others.
- When the pessimists grieve over the loss, the optimist will
try to see the blessings in him.
- While pessimists tend to see limitations, optimists tend
to see possibilities.
Evaluate how you see the world in this. One thing to know is that we are all born with a clear mindset. Some people live with despair and sadness, seeing visions through the half-turned glass and giving up all dreams. If we want to see visions of the world properly, we can wipe our windows clean. Let's change our attitude. Let's wipe the charcoal off our windows. On the other side, we can see the wonders that our lives have prepared for us. It can make positive changes in your life for the better of your life success.
Motivate Yourself
Looking through the window of life, we can see and experience achievements in the midst of challenges. If we look out the window for failures and limitations, you are seeing the same thing. The most important things in the world are money, power, food, love, and health. All of this is important, but more important is your ability to motivate yourself and others to succeed in life. It will lead you to hope and self-confidence and thus help to make positive changes in your life fro wonder success life.
How do you
motivate yourself? Take care of yourself. who are you? What? How? Why? Ask
yourself these questions. Then you will realize that you have more potential than you thought you
could. You have importance, uniqueness, beauty, value, and above all a good
person. If you accept this fact, your abilities will be revealed. It will help
you to face any crisis and challenges.
If we recognize
the truth and ability within us, we will realize that the setbacks we face in
life are a preparation for a strong return. Accept the setback. See it not as a problem but as an
opportunity for you to learn.
