and fruits. These colors contain many vitamins. Let's see what they are.
Red color:

Yellow color:
Yellow and orange fruits and vegetables contain

Green color:

White color:

Blue or Purple color:
Anthocyanin is gives to fruits and vegetables a blue or purple color. This nutrient helps prevent cancer and prevents stroke and heart disease.
